By using this website or engaging Smart Technology Plus for services, you agree to these terms.
Services — We provide design, installation, and support for low-voltage systems. All project-specific terms are contained in a signed proposal or agreement.
Warranty — Our workmanship carries a one-year labor warranty. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. We are not liable for damage caused by power surges, lightning, tampering, or misuse.
Payment — Invoices are due within terms agreed in the proposal. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability — Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
