The cheapest time to put a cable in a wall is before the wall exists. The most expensive is after the paint is dry.
Today’s homes, offices and warehouses rely on data, Wi-Fi, cameras, access control, A/V and automation, and all of it runs on low-voltage cabling. We plan that infrastructure with your architect, general contractor and electrician so it is built in, not added on.
What we deliver
A review and markup of your drawings with every data, camera, Wi-Fi, A/V and access control location. A closet layout for the MDF and IDF rooms with rack space and power. Cable pathways between floors and rooms. An equipment list and a budget, so the owner knows the number early. At the end, as-built documentation of what was installed and where.
Who we work with
Homeowners building or gutting a house, developers, architects, general contractors and business owners fitting out a new space. We attend site meetings when needed and coordinate with the electrician on backboxes, power and conduit so nothing is missed.
When to bring us in
As early as the design stage, and no later than rough-in. Once insulation and drywall are in, every change costs more.
From design to install
Most clients have us carry the project through installation with our Structured Cabling, Security Cameras, Access Control, Networking and A/V teams, so the people who planned it are the people who build it. You can also hire us for design only.

Frequently Asked
When should we bring in a low-voltage contractor?
During design, and no later than rough-in. Planning before walls close is much cheaper than adding cable later.
Do you work with our architect and general contractor?
Yes. We review drawings, attend coordination meetings and work alongside the GC and electrician on site.
Can we hire you for design only?
Yes. Most clients have us install as well, but we can deliver the design and budget on its own.
What do we get at the end?
As-built documentation showing every cable, jack and device location, plus test results for the cabling.
